You don't need to gather these now — we walk through each one on the kickoff call. Where possible, we prefer you add contact@allgoodseo.com as an admin/manager rather than share passwords.
Pay by card or US bank account (ACH) . Both methods include our flat 3% processing fee. ACH is recommended for higher-value subscriptions to reduce chargeback risk and improve reliability.
ACH note: Bank-debit payments take 3–5 business days to clear the first charge. Your kickoff call is still scheduled immediately on confirmation. By providing bank details you authorize Allgood Marketing to debit your account monthly until canceled.
HIPAA / BAA notice for healthcare clients
If Agency will handle any Protected Health Information (PHI) on your behalf — including read access to your EHR / practice management / intake CRM (Kipu, Sunwave, SimplePractice, Boulevard, Dentrix, etc.), or AI-driven call monitoring that ties recordings to patient records — a full Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is embedded inside the NDA at §6.6 . Your acceptance of the NDA below IS your acceptance of the BAA — one signature covers both, taking legal effect the moment you check the box. No separate document required. If your vendor-management team needs a standalone BAA with identical terms, we'll send one on request. Full terms: Mutual NDA §6.3 & §6.6 .
